Letters For my Soul book

Sacred Dialogue on the Frequency of Love – Prof. Aurelia Rînjea

With a title as inviting as Letters for My Soul, signed by Anișoara Laura Mustețiu, our gifted Romanian author from the distant shores of Australia—born in Timisoara—offers us a rare invitation: a soul-to-soul communion.

This is a book shaped by the author’s deepest wish—“a journey, a hand extended toward the self, an invitation to listen, to heal, to witness the miracle.” And she succeeds, abundantly. Even the opening words to the reader are tender and delicate, gently opening your heart and soul to receive what the author so generously offers.

From the very beginning, one hears “the echo of words, a personal alphabet,” and senses the quiet steps along “the spiral of becoming.” Twelve letters—like twelve apostles, like twelve months—each with its own mission and meaning, form the miraculous architecture of this book: a mosaic of words, ideas, and aspirations.

In Roots and Becoming, we journey through time that carries us, scented with longing, guided by memories inscribed in invisible roots that breathe through us. We return to the miracle of home, where unconditional love was first learned. The author speaks with her own Soul, recognizing its divine essence, its roots. She speaks as a child might with a grandparent—only now, the child is grown, lucid, self-aware, and sees the world with new eyes. She speaks with gratitude learned from her elders, rejoicing in life, in story, in identity, and in the unconditional love they gave her. It is a beautiful vision—how worlds embrace when one writes in another language. For truly, the language of the Soul is universal.

We are honored—perhaps even spoiled—to receive such a luminous work, one that brings peace and leaves little more to be said. And I, through my own words, feel only the need to read, to recognize, and to be recognized.

Femininity is one of the themes the Author chooses to explore. And for this, the sun rises gently over her words… the dialogue continues… and the Soul takes flight like two doves above the sea, above the world—carried by the wisdom of one who has understood both the meaning and the miracle of life. She has come to know that sometimes, distance can mean healing—that one can embody womanhood through light, attuning to the rhythms of nature, and creating oneself anew.

From her, we learn that even through Trials, we can glimpse and receive the outpouring of pure, divine life—gaining the strength to rise, to understand, to forgive, and thus to heal. We witness how the Author and her Soul dwell in a silent, sacred symbiosis. They cannot exist apart, yet they honor and cherish one another. A beautiful promise is made to the Soul: “I promise, by the silence of the stars, that I will always believe in myself—in you.”

The deeper you read, the more you feel inhabited by a great peace, a breeze like that of a sea approaching you… It is the inner sea of the Author, flowing toward us—through which she thinks and breathes freely, without limitation. She defines Freedom with grace: “The courage to be who we truly are… a calling toward our essence.” With her, we discover the stillness of the moment—the place where the Soul’s mysteries come to meet us, where we realize we can become a bird… when we shake hands with silence, with depth, with stillness. When the sky belongs to you.

A path where you hope to contemplate the Absolute. Yes, like people, birds have their own poetry. The sky glides on their wings. Up there, they live their un-lived lives, cradle their love in a music they hear without knowing where it comes from—or whether it has ended. The Author listens beautifully to how nature breathes, and invites us to feel the energy of freedom flowing through us.

Page by page, we learn to trust ourselves, to trust our inner strength—for there, in the House of the Soul, the Light always rises—the light through which we rise, hope, and move forward. She defines each concept she uses, then treats it with the care it deserves—delicately and eloquently, even when it seems simple. She thanks her Soul for all it has taught her. And we witness, with emotion, how she perceives—not only poetically, but viscerally—the warmth of a tear, in On Loss.

We walk, like children hungry for truth, through lessons shared with the warmth of one whom life has taught to rediscover herself, and to trust in her own potential. We discover an extraordinary communion between the Author and nature—a bond woven from love, understanding, and a secret resonance.
“My weeping embraced the trunks of trees…”
“Leaves tremble in shivers of wind, and my soles absorb the earth’s energy…” But—“Humanity has forgotten to bow before the tree. Forgotten that leaves are gifts from angels, that roots emanate miraculous powers.”

She speaks of the Light of her Soul—the very Light she writes with, the Light she offers to us. As we read, we are nourished by wisdom. Her vision is exceptional: “What we thought was lost does not disappear. It simply moves—from one corner of the heart to another. It transforms into another kind of love.” She invites us to cherish the moment, to live it fully.

Each letter is a lesson—delivered like an angel’s touch, drawing us closer to truth, to ourselves, restoring the encompassing peace we need to heal and renew.

We come to understand that the emptiness sometimes felt in the Soul can become a creative space—a sanctuary where, like the Author, we rediscover ourselves, express, gather, and unfold. A space for release and fulfillment.

She confides that it was her Soul that transformed her experiences “into verses, into words, into stories and books—so they would no longer hurt.”

And the lessons continue, rich with wisdom:
Love heals. Let it flow through the body. Let pain become Light.

The writer perceives the Soul’s breath in the Silences between words. For her, silence is an invisible harbor, a caress, an invitation to rediscovery“where words are born in stillness, where Light reveals the path.” She hears the voice of the Soul… At its center is spirit. And at the center of spirit… is the Creator. She speaks of the miracle within us: “At sunrise, I walk barefoot into a new morning—here, everything becomes a beginning.”

Each of the twelve letters is a true Therapy through the Word. And when we are ready to listen to our Soul, we can begin to heal what needs healing.
“Forgiveness is the beginning of healing.”And “Healing is a quiet path—where you discover, observe, understand… and forgive.”

Throughout the book, we are gently accompanied by two companions: She and the Soul—“with the wisdom… to forgive, to love, to heal.” A light that never fades, for the Soul is “made of Light.”

Each letter touches the heart, but The Power of Words, through the light they carry, lifts us to the ninth heaven. Perhaps because, for me, words are alive—radiant with light. Here, the Author invites us to listen to the language of the heart, to the signals that rise from within. Words are born from inner music—“unheard, but felt. Like a vibration that binds heaven to earth,” bringing joy. Words are healing—for those who need them.

Step by step, we journey deeper into the book and explore, alongside the Author, the theme of Self-Trust—the thought “that carries you from who you are to who you can become”… “A light that keeps me close to you, to the essence of who I am”… And then—“I can create, I can fulfill, I can be.” We discover that sincerity is the beginning of trust, which grows “like a new light.”

From time to time, the inner child appears—timid, tender—whom she comforts and embraces with her love. She invites us to reflect on Love—which springs from “the depths of being and illuminates everything it touches.” She confesses that sometimes she writes for us… or perhaps for herself. That “love lives even in silences,” which must be understood. And that “true love is never sought. It arrives.” “But always sincere.”

She speaks of the inner voice of self-love: “It seeks me, soothes me, heals me.” “A pure love I breathe and live.” She writes of love for her roots—“worn on the body of the heart like a dress sewn by a divine hand, with emotion and love, for those from whom I come.”

Together, we relive the love story of Măriuca and Ionuț… and Ana (the Author), who “longed her whole life for one thing: to love and be loved.” Love, as the Author presents it, metamorphoses the soul. It lifts us up through steps of Light, teaching us to love: “In light, in forgetting, in silence, in pain, in falling. But most of all…” “Without expectations”—so that love may be offered “like a flower” to those around us.

She invites us to read her Letters with the Soul. And with such emotion, she tells us: “Wisdom” sometimes wears the face of a grandmother who smiles without hurry, with eyes deep as unseen springs—the ones that nourish forests. A seed that knows how to wait, and how to bloom when the time is right.

And she gently convinces us: “It is a divine blessing to feel, always, how much You mean to yourself.”

The Author gazes inward, toward her inner sun, and breathes in the miracle of life on Earth—in all its forms. And we, as readers, breathe it with her.

She reflects on the current state of humanity, which so often ignores life… and beautifully suggests: “Perhaps poetry can save what logic has forgotten.” Or that we should, from time to time, “Celebrate the Earth that carries our existence.”

She sees herself as a woman who carries all seasons within: “I live them in my own way. I celebrate them. I am a miniature universe. Stars, oceans, roots, and longings pulse within me. I am an entire world in a fragile body. I breathe and feel that miracle—that sensation of being alive.”

And she answers the question of why she is here: “I am here to feel. To create. To love.” A beautiful understanding of life’s meaning and the mission she carries on Earth. I do not know how many souls I can truly say I’ve met in this world—each one unique in its own way. But I can say I’ve had the blessing of encountering the chosen soul of the Author—a divine gift.

This book is a blessing in itself, through which the Author reveals herself in the light of her soul—through release and self-giving.

In the twelve letters, we encounter aesthetic constructions built from words, forming a unique architecture that evokes authentic states of spirit: “Invisible cages of consciousness,” “my silence speaks,” “the deep eyes of time,” “magnetic thread of light,” “a seahorse that gently carries me into my being,” “thoughts with the bodies of birds,” “the vault of reflection,” “sparks of longing,” “memories woven into eternity,” “smiles on the walls of the heart,” “the fine dust of wisdom,” “my heart beats like a monastery bell in the mountain’s core.”

This is a reflective writing—rooted in personal experiences and emotions, in the journey of becoming—yet it radiates so much light and love outward.

Through this remarkable book, we witness a noble example of someone who has embraced the responsibility of her own becoming: Anișoara Laura Mustețiu, who extends a hand to guide us toward that same understanding.

A light dwells within us—a spark of divinity, a scintillation from the Great Light, a positive energy flowing from the origins of the world. It purifies us, illuminates us, and at a certain level of evolution, we begin to recognize it.

And within this tangled web of existence, Woman longs for freedom more than anything else. She needs it like the water of immortality, even if she discovers—often late—that only inner maturity allows her to fully embrace this dimension. She carries within her a seed, a silent yearning, upon which the fulfillment of her deepest dream depends—a dream nurtured in the depths of her inner world.

Self-love, profound and conscious of the divinity that inhabits her, gives her the strength to move forward, trusting in what God has placed within her. She is a cosmic being, powerful, grateful for her gifts, capable of loving and giving. In truth, I have described the Author herself—toward whom I hold deep admiration and respect.

With a thirst for knowledge that leans toward the magical and the new, and with unwavering trust in herself and her inner Self, she finds the shortest path to perfection. Her freedom and independence are not to be built or granted by others—they are already planted and cultivated by her Soul. She simply needed to discover and grow them. And she has.

With openness, tenderness, and natural grace, the Author speaks with her Soul—with gratitude and love. I believe this is the most beautiful lesson that emerges from the book, alongside the conviction that it is possible.

To know one’s own being, to place it where it belongs, to assume responsibility, independence, and at times even solitude—these allow her to discover, almost miraculously, the divine power she was gifted.

Through her personal example, the Author helps us understand that the modern Woman can transcend self-consciousness, freed from all barriers, living each moment as a state of grace, as a blessing. Her imagination circles the universe, seeking stars to plant in her heart. She gathers Light into her Temple, making it the central axis of her emotional life—a place where she finds peace and safety, far from the narrow whirlwind of the mundane.

Her spontaneous, intuitive understanding of her true being and creative essence gives sacred dimension to her existence. For such a woman—whose intuition remains her inner radar—love offers the spiritual elevation she longs for. In loving, she comes to know herself and the other. And this knowing brings security, helping her listen to her inner signals, to set boundaries. It is a unique synchrony—a conscious rhythm of opening to the world, of listening to her inner Voice. A rhythm that gives her life depth, height, and grace.

Enlivened by her own inner Light, the Author’s universe becomes magical—a state of grace that allows her to see within herself the true force that dwells there. And the words… those beloved companions… walk beside her, helping her remain fully herself.

Through these special Letters, we embark on a journey of searching—through successive reflections and refractions, in a continuous flow of thought—that ultimately returns to us, bringing freedom and harmony. It’s a surprising coherence in the vast ocean of entropy, a confession shared with things, with words, and with ourselves. As I read, I feel that we, the readers, are laying bricks in the construction of our own becoming. The merit belongs to the Author, who has captivated us.

These are authentic letters of life, approached in a deeply personal way, with a confessional style that ventures into the psychological. They offer wise life lessons that lift us out of the chaos of today’s world and carry us into the magic of inner realms—inviting reflection through a literary creation that deserves our full attention and admiration.

This book is a confession, a revelation, a construction, a key to the human heart and its inner treasures.

A plea for true love—the only force that can truly fill the Soul and bring fulfillment to life. It is a journey through the Author’s Soul, overflowing with purity and clarity. A declaration of love offered to life itself.

It is a book you feel compelled to revisit, again and again. I have done so—and will continue to—discovering new layers each time that heal and soothe the Soul, illuminate and renew the mind, and awaken dormant virtues and powers within us. It is nourishment and breath for the Soul. It offers the most beautiful vision of life, in which Love—this divine energy that heals and sanctifies—gives meaning to our existence, to this gift of being.

The uniqueness of this literary creation lies in its vibration and healing energy—tender, uplifting, always positive—where every word touches the Soul in the most subtle and loving way. It respects you, recognizes you, helps you rediscover yourself, rebalances and harmonizes your inner world, and restores your confidence to be who you truly are—as God created and intended you to be.

Each word is magical, carrying a drop of divine Light that speaks to you, helping you reclaim your daily peace, hope, and optimism. It helps you become aware of the divine within you, to manifest it, and invites you to live on the unique frequency of the Author’s experience—which is the frequency of Love.

The grace with which she has been blessed shines through all her literary creations. A lover of the Word, of people, of life—she gives herself through writing, in a noble gesture of Love.

Congratulations, Anișoara Laura Mustețiu. We thank you.

I invite you to a fascinating reading experience, filled with profound emotions—a benevolent hand reaching out to help you live life beautifully and with dignity, in Truth and in Love for others and for God. May this book live long through its readers, and we eagerly await the next literary offerings to come.
